Development Applications on Exhibition
Development Applications (DAs) that are currently on public exhibition are listed below. These DAs have been notified and/or advertised in accordance with Council's policies. Proposed developments that are advertised are displayed for public viewing at the Liverpool Plains Shire Council Administration Centre, 60 Station Street, Quirindi.If you would like to make a submission on one of the development proposals listed below, you may do so in writing within the exhibition period.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 101 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Section 124 of the Regulation, notification is given that the following developments have recently been granted approval.
Details of these applications and a copy of the applicable consents (together with any conditions attached) may be inspected without charge at Council's Offices, Station Street, Quirindi between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
SEPP 1/Clause 4.6 Register
The NSW planning system currently has two (2) mechanisms that provide the ability to vary a development standard, including:
- Clause 4.6 of the Standard Instrument Local Environment Plan (SI LEP); and,
- State Environment Planning Policy No 1 – Development Standards (SEPP 1).
Council is required to establish a public register of Development Applications determined with variations to a development standard under each of the above environmental planning instruments. The following SEPP 1/Clause 4.6 variations have been approved by Council.
