Council at its meeting on the 21st February 2007 adopted a Management Plan for Pesticide Use Notification prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Pesticides Regulations 1995. The plan sets out how Liverpool Plains Shire Council will notify the community of pesticide applications it makes or allows to be made to public places that it owns or controls
